Residential Construction: In residential architecture, our work focuses primarily on apartment buildings. Many of our projects involve converting commercial office spaces and attics into high-quality apartments.
Renovation and Restoration: We possess specialized expertise in the renovation and restoration of listed heritage buildings. In addition, our work includes property conversions and extensive modernization projects for housing companies.
Alongside prominent urban development projects, our practice also designs individual, smaller-scale buildings such as detached houses and summer residences.
HISTORY
As a second-generation architect, Kari Leppänen continues the path paved by his father, architect Kaarlo Leppänen. The life’s work and values of Kaarlo and Kari Leppänen are rooted in reliability, professional excellence, and a human-centred approach.
The merger of Arkkitehtuuritoimisto Kaarlo Leppänen Oy with Kari Leppänen Arkkitehdit Oy brought together the life’s work of two generations, continuing today under the leadership of Kari Leppänen.
