Construction of the apartment building project planned for TA in Niittykumpu along Länsiväylä started in the summer. The project is being executed by Rakennuspetäjä Oy.
The housing company consists of two apartment buildings, one of which is 10 stories high and the other 10/6 stories high. There are a total of 83 apartments in both buildings combined.
The main material of the facades is exposed masonry fired red brick. The joints are finished using a specialized smooth joint technique, which gives the facades a lighter and brighter appearance.
