The planning for the facade renovation of the apartment buildings at As Oy Anjankuja 3 is underway. Architectural and main design is handled by Leppänen Arkkitehdit Oy.
The apartment buildings and the connecting indoor swimming pool were designed by architects Kirsti and Erkki Helamaa. The buildings were completed in 1973.
The poor-condition original facades of the 17-story apartment buildings, constructed from sandwich elements, will be renovated to meet today’s requirements.
The buildings have been inventoried and belong to change-sensitivity class A.
