Located in Helsinki’s Kallio district, this 7–8 story, grey-plastered residential building features an impressive tower section highlighted by a wide eave.
In addition to a plumbing modernization (pipe renovation), several spatial alterations will be carried out on the property, and the potential for loft conversion will be assessed.
In terms of the cityscape, the residential building occupies a significant location at the intersection of Hämeentie and Helsinginkatu.
Designed in 1936, the residential building was created by architect Gösta Juslén.
