Autumn greetings from the architect`s desk

The work at the office has started busy after the sunny and warm summer.

On our desk we have now both new renovation and housing project`s. At Kittilä Levi we have started three project`s; hybrid energy factory-, villa- and an apartment house -project.

Konala kinderkarten, which was completed after the holidays, is now at full operation. At an another church project the aim is to build a new extension part for elderly people housing and kinderkarten use.

Many housing companies are starting plumbing renovations and are considering to build additional floor`s on top of the apartment house. These project`s create at the same time new cityscape and gives for the housing companies economical possibilities to finance the future renovations.
