We have many interesting housing, renovation and business projects on our table at the moment. The projects which are now under the planning stage, are situated mainly in Vantaa, Riihimäki and Helsinki.
Housing projects include both new and conversion projects. Additional development office and business premises are converted for example to flats and kindergarten. At the central location in downtown Helsinki Iso-Roobertinkatu 1 an office and business estate is under conversion to flats and restaurant premises. New attic flats are to be built on top of the renewed building next year.
The social housing project in Helsinki includes design of a townhouse which is a new kind of housing type in Finland. At an another project low cost rented flats are to be built to an old industrial building for young adults. Part of the flats are reserved for people with disabilities and special needs.
In the Helsinki city center is an ongoing project where a new grocery store will be built to the foundation and court yard of an business estate. At the same time the office spaces of the entire estate will be renovated and modernized.
Property business projects include office- business and housing premises where different functions are combined to a working whole. The sizes of these projects vary from 3 500 m2 up to 30 000 m2.
A building site for the first official indoor Bandy Arena in Finland has been reserved in Malmi, Helsinki. The Arena offers year-round practising facilities as well to figure skating and ice hockey.
